This Mossy Oak Series Deluxe cooler is built off of the original AO Canvas Series cooler which has been an industry leader for over 30 years! The durable exterior is made from 600 denier polyester canvas, with a heavy duty backing for exterior strength, and a Scotchguard topcoat for UV protection. Insulated with ¾” thick polyurethane high density closed cell foam, which makes it hard for air to be blown through. Lined with a leak proof, eco-friendly welded TPU liner that has physical strength and elasticity, making it abrasion resistant.

A 24 can cooler should be designed in a way for the handles to bear that kind of weight. Unfortunately, after only 2 months of use, the thread attaching the handles to the bag are badly unraveling. AO should be field testing their products and redesigning as necessary so customers like myself don't have this experience. Double or triple stitching would have helped at the handle attachment points. As it is, I have this cooler that does a great job of keeping contents cold soon to be with no way to move it around. Sad...I'm hoping this will be warrantied, repaired by AO. I will keep you posted as to how well their warranty and customer service is.UPDATE: AO replaced this cooler and I've had no problems since with the replacement. Thank you AO for caring about quality and this customer!

Started out to buy a Yeti Hopper, checked them out and they are built as good as they claim and are an awesome bag. But read a lot about the AO 24 can mossy oak and really thought i was tossing a hundred dollars in the air to take a chance with low expectaions and paired it with 3 Lg Cooler Freeze Packs and i couldnt believe how good they worked together. i literately kicked my Igloo Max Cold to the curb.This rig keeps food and liquid cold overnight and when traveling in central california during the summer, our trunk can hit 130 degrees and our beer and sodas and food are still cold, not cool. The AO is an impressive soft cooler. Dont hesitate to try this rig. its my new traveling favorite.

I work for the railroad and I've been using the 24-pack AO Cooler as an overnight lunch bag for several months now. Keeps everything cold for my two-day trips (using freezer packs and pre-frozen foods). It's holding up well. I carry 1gal of water plus glass containers of frozen food = heavy. No problems with the zippers or the handle so far (though I wish the carry handle had some padding). The full-width side pockets are indespensible - love the side pockets!Going to get a bigger one for road trips. Highly recommend.PS: I was concerned the 24-pack size might be too big for use as a lunch bag, but it's not. I'm glad I didn't get the smaller size.
